My first BBQ feast was in Culpeper at the neighborhood get together we planned. We had a neighbor who was from Long Island New York, upstate New York, Texas and me from NC. We decided to all make a meat dishes that represented where we were from. We had Italian sausages, Buffalo wings, Texas brisket and NC BBQ. After that year and the remaining years of our block party everyone wanted my BBQ. This was a great opportunity for our neighborhood to get to know each other and take time to enjoy everyone’s company.
